SARAH M. MARSHALL

We welcome our newest member to the Carson Law team, Sarah M. Marshall.

Called to the bar in 2010, Sarah has spent the last 10 years focusing her practice on civil litigation servicing clients located in areas including St. Catharine’s, Burlington, Toronto, Barrie and in between.

Sarah obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Honours) with a minor in Sociology from McMaster University. Born and raised in Windsor, Ontario, Sarah stayed close to home to attain her Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2008.   

With further legal experience in Real Estate, Corporate and drafting Wills, Sarah is passionately devoted to providing her clients with strategic advice to ensure they achieve the best outcome possible.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, volunteering and long-distance running. Having already ran two half marathons, with a personal best of 2:05:47, Sarah plans to conquer another half marathon to achieve that 2-hour mark.  

Sarah is currently the Chair of the Milton Public Library Board and has volunteered her time to the library for the past seven years.
