If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are heading.

We work with people, helping them with significant life events such as real estate transactions, business growth, idea protection, planning for one's passing or incapacitation, and executing one's final wishes after death.  We treat people the way we, ourselves, want to be treated, with respect, dignity, and positive energy.  We are constantly working to improve upon our clients' experience by focusing on three key areas:

  1. Communication - At Carson Law, we understand that people have certain expectations regarding receiving quick and accurate information.  Therefore, we look to keep our clients informed during every step of the process. We also engage multiple social media platforms to ensure that there is no shortage of opportunities for our audience to be able to interact and develop a relationship with us, ask us questions, or receive advice and information.
  2. Technology - While the Law Society of Ontario requires us to maintain hard copy (paper) records of the files we work on, Carson Law continues to utilize as much technology as we are allowed.  We do this to make it as convenient as possible to collect required file details, provide real-time client updates, and send out final closing reports and packages in a timely fashion.
  3. Education - Carson Law endeavors to not just provide a service to clients, but to also do our best to educate them about their matter(s) and how we are operating in their best interests. We are working to establish a perpetually evolving resource centre that will bring an increased level of transparency to what we do, as well as distribute valuable information relating to industries that concern our areas of legal focus.

Our vision is to become the go to law firm in the Golden Horseshoe by providing quality legal advice and customer service at fair value. Our practice will be structured into four pillars comprising of Residential Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate & Corporate, Wills & Estates, and Intellectual Property.  Staff retention is important to us, so we will create a working environment that immerses employees within team-based situations that encourages them to be energetic, respectful, and supportive towards our customers and each other.  Our firm will develop a charitable mandate and identity that will connect us to the communities in which we service.  Above all else, our clients' future will be our focus.
